This Privacy Policy applies to Christopher Hopkins LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as InflectionMD ("InflectionMD," "we," "us," or "our"). Our practice is led by Dr. Christopher Hopkins, MD, and is based in St. Petersburg, Florida.

This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit inflectionmd.co (the "Website"). The Website is an informational and marketing property only. It does not collect, store, or transmit protected health information (PHI). Clinical care, patient records, and all health-related communications are handled exclusively through our separate patient portal and electronic health record (EHR) system, which has its own privacy practices and disclosures.

Information you provide directly

• Contact information: your name, email address, and phone number, when you submit an inquiry or request a consultation

Information collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs — collected through Vercel Analytics, our hosting provider's analytics service
• Bot-protection data: Cloudflare Turnstile collects limited technical signals to distinguish human visitors from automated bots. No personal information is transmitted through this system.

What we do not collect

• Protected health information (PHI) of any kind
• Chatbot conversation content — the intake chatbot on this Website is intentionally designed not to store conversation transcripts, to avoid inadvertent collection of health information
• Payment information — no financial data is collected or processed through this Website

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and determine whether InflectionMD is an appropriate fit for your needs
• To contact you about scheduling an introductory call
• To maintain the security and integrity of the Website
• To comply with applicable Florida law and our professional obligations as a licensed medical practice

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Clinical Records — Separate System

This Website does not collect or store patient health records. All clinical data — including intake assessments, lab results, protocols, and ongoing care communications — is managed exclusively through our patient portal and EHR system.

The privacy practices governing your clinical records are disclosed separately within that system at the time of enrollment. Those records are maintained in accordance with Florida Statutes § 456.057 (medical records confidentiality) and applicable professional standards, with a minimum retention period of five years from the date of service as required by Florida law.

InflectionMD is a direct-pay practice and does not submit electronic insurance claims. We voluntarily apply HIPAA-equivalent protections to all patient health information as a matter of professional practice and patient trust.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our website and practice. Each is subject to its own privacy policy.

• Vercel — Website hosting and analytics. Technical visitor data is processed by Vercel, Inc. in accordance with their privacy policy.
• Scheduling platform — We currently use Calendly for introductory call scheduling. Information you submit through the scheduling interface is governed by that platform's own privacy policy. We expect to transition scheduling to an integrated EHR module as our practice systems mature; this Policy will be updated at that time.
• Cloudflare — Bot protection and security. Technical signals processed by Cloudflare Turnstile are subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We do not share your contact information with these providers for their own marketing purposes.

Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. All data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted via TLS.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet. In the event of a breach of security affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with Florida Statutes § 501.171, which requires notification within 30 days of determining that a qualifying breach has occurred.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately at hello@inflectionmd.co.

Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of personal information, where no legal obligation requires us to retain it
• Withdraw consent for any processing based solely on your consent

Florida residents may also file a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) regarding data security concerns.
